Rooms fairly clean though some dirty marks on walls needed attention.

I stayed with 20 family members, and this charming 3 Star hotel is perfect for anyone visiting nearby sporting and entertainment venues. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were fantastic, accommodating our room changes swiftly to ensure a comfortable stay away from any early disturbances.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Great staff and comfy beds
The receptionist was super kind and got us rooms right next to each other. Our room was clean, but kinda old school—definitely needs a makeover. The breakfast wasn’t that great, no veggie options and tiny juice glasses. The lounge area was nice though! good location.

the hotel was really comfy and clean. we had no issues at all. there’s a bus stop right outside for easy access to manchester city center for only £2! transport was super cheap and the room had everything we needed. i would def come back.
the room was kinda hot with no aircon and we couldn’t get food at the hotel late at night.

Good for Families Looking for Value
The breakfast was pretty solid, they left a nice selection of hot dishes that kickstarted our day. We also asked to change our room because it was too close to some early morning noises from the royal mail depot and they sorted it out without a fuss giving us a lovely room in the new section.

For a quiet stay, request a room away from the stairs as noise can travel easily.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for two nights. The location suited me perfectly with a bus stop right outside, making city access super easy. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day. The staff greeted me warmly, always ready to help. The breakfast had high-quality ingredients, though some items needed more attention to presentation. I enjoyed the meal but noticed a few overcooked sausages and dry mushrooms. The absence of a lift posed a challenge, especially with heavy luggage. The decor felt dated, and I noticed some broken lightbulbs in the corridor that went unfixed during my stay. The noise from others in the hotel was a bit disruptive, particularly at night.

The beautifully decorated common areas felt warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay. The accessibility features were a nice touch, which is often overlooked for us seniors.
No lift access for easier mobility.

Just okay, sadly
The place had a good vibe and the staff were nice, but my room was cramped and noisy. Could hardly move around my bed! The car park was loud too, woke up at 4 AM from an argument outside. The bar area was cozy, but breakfast was a miss since I was too tired to grab any.

Felt completely happy, nothing to complain about.

Good location with tasty eats nearby
So, we stayed here for 2 nights and the room was alright—nice and clean, but pretty warm! Plus, the radiator was super noisy at night. The hallway sounds were a bit annoying too since the walls are thin. Big bonus was the breakfast! there’s a bar area that’s pretty chill.
